AdtAgent was unable to open the network connection to the collector. This usually only occurs if AdtAgent is unable to allocate enough memory. AdtAgent cannot connect to a collector until this problem is corrected.



For detailed failure information, enable trace logging using the TraceFlags registry key and examine the AdtAgent.log in the \temp subdirectory of the Windows directory.
